Access display units are provided at a discounted price to surgical facilities in exchange for permission to place educational articles relative to the facility in the protected display area. · 25% of the organizer displays are reserved for Gander's use. The remaining % is reserved by the O.R. staff, which provides them an excellent way to post important internal announcements and other educational material. · Located above scrub area sinks on shelves, the GANDER® O.R. Access display units clean up the clutter. These organizers are sturdily constructed and intelligently designed. Protocols require up to ten minutes of scrubbing for every member of the surgical team. With GANDER® displays, the team members (surgeons, circulating nurses, scrub nurses, anesthesiologists and others) are now able to read during scrub time. DISTRIBUTION AND CIRCULATION INFORMATION For a list of our current facilities, please click here and click on the link for facilities. · Sponsorship is subject to approval, and sponsors are requested to present their information or product with professionalism and accuracy. Libelous or inflammatory advertisements or articles intended to harm another organization will not be accepted. · Sponsors are encouraged to reference specific claims of product superiority or abilities to appropriate research. · Medical facilities have the right to reject any sponsored article, which does not meet their standards or creates a conflict of interest. · GANDER® will work with sponsors to select facilities in which materials are placed, but reserves the right to determine the final combination to meet rate card commitments for number of impressions. · GANDER® reserves the right to hold the sponsor and/or its agency jointly and severally liable for payments due. MATERIALS POLICY · Material must be no larger than 8 1/2" wide by 11" high, and no smaller than 8" wide X 10 1/2" high. · Material thickness must be not less than .004 inch, and not greater than .015 inch. · Materials must be received by GANDER® for distribution to medical facilities by the established deadline or sponsor will potentially forfeit position. Sponsor missing the materials deadline are still responsible for payment. · Excess materials will not be returned to the Sponsor unless requested. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Sponsor. DEADLINES · Insertion Orders/Contracts must be signed by the 10th of the month preceding first insertion month of schedule. · Materials are due by the 20th of the month prior to the month of distribution. · Extensions can be granted on a case-by-case basis. Contact your sales representative as early as possible if you expect material delays. PAYMENT POLICY · Terms are 30 days. · There is a 2% discount for pre-paid contracts (contracts paid prior to insertion) · GANDER® reserves the right to short rate sponsor if they do not attain the frequency upon which their material has been contracted. Pricing Structure Sponsor can select to
have their material run in the following manner: Hospital Facility, Specialty
and/or Geography. Each program is tailored to your specifications and
